Billing address
IMPORTANT: PvR Uni-Kleidung GmbH identifies you as a customer by your billing address and if necessary, may carry out a credit check using it. It is therefore important that you give us your personal private address, even if you would like the goods to be shipped to your workplace address.
If you do not indicate a different shipping address, the billing address will be the shipping address.
Shipping address
If you would like the goods to be delivered to your work address, to relatives, friends, or neighbours, please indicate this address in the appropriate place. This shipping address will be used only for shipments from MaxHenkell europe and not for credit checks or marketing purposes.
Minimun/Maximum order
The minimum order is 29 EUR.
The maximum order is 400 EUR
Shipping costs
Shipping costs in Germany are: 4.30 EUR
Shipping costs in the Europe are: 14.90 EUR.
Shipping costs outside of Europe are: 48 EUR
Shipping costs are independent of the amount of the order and means of payment.
Shipping time
Shipping in Germany takes up to 3 working days. Shipping inside Europe takes 3-7 working days. Shipping outside of Europe can take 2-3 weeks. The MaxHenkell europe Online Shop will inform you by e-mail that your order has been received and successfully processed.
RETURNS
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our first concern. If your order does not fit or you are not pleased with it, you may return it to us within 14 days at no cost and without giving any reason. This also applies to goods at reduced prices. Please use the return sticker enclosed in your package for any returns.
Payment for returns
If you have paid for the goods by credit card or paypal, we will credit your credit card account with the corresponding amount.

For returns from Europe, shipment will be made with Hermes
For returns outside Europe, shipment will be made with DHL.
We will be glad to accept your returns in case you are not happy with them, no questions asked. Please note however, that the goods must be in a condition corresponding to normal use of the article for the purpose of inspecting it (such as trying it on in a shop). The article must also bear the original label.
All returns that have been obviously used (make-up smears, lipstick spots, scent) and therefore may no longer be sold will not be accepted. They will be returned to the customer and billed.

It is not possible to return, exchange, or file complaints on articles from the online shop in local outlets for technical reasons.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints
High quality of its products is very important at MaxHenkell europe. Unfortunately, there may be rare cases when individual articles do not meet our standards. If this should be the case for one of your articles, we would like to apologize in advance.
Settlement of a claim
If your claim is approved by our customer service, you will of course be refunded the entire amount. Please give us your bank information (account number + bank code).

For returns from Europe, shipment will be made with Hermes.
For returns outside of Europe, shipment will be made with DHL.
Guidelines for complaints:
We accept the following reasons for complaints:
- Flaws in the fabric
- Defective closures such as zippers (if no external factors are present)
- Flaws in seams
- Holes and opened seams (not older than 12 months *)
- Severe fading
- Discoloration from appliqués, piping etc.
We cannot accept the following reasons for complaints:
- Shrinkage of articles*
- Staining of articles (by other products)
- Spots
- Except for articles with serial defects that we will inform you of in case they occur.

It is not possible to return, exchange, or file complaints on articles from the online shop in local outlets for technical reasons.
AVAILABILITY AND SIZES
Availability of articles
If you have placed an article in a shopping basket and ordered it directly, this will be available 98% of the time.
However, if you placed the article in the shopping basket and sent the order later, it may happen that the article has been sold out in the meantime and is no longer available.
Despite continuous updating of the inventories, it may happen that an article is displayed as available in a certain size/colour combination although it is already sold out.
After your order is placed, the MaxHenkell europe Online Shop will inform you immediately by e-mail that your order has been successfully processed. This gives you a final overview of the goods that will be delivered to you.
Supplemental shipments
If an article was sold out in a particular size and/or colour, it may become available later. Unfortunately, we are not able to tell you when and if an article will become available.
We therefore recommend that you check at the MaxHenkell europe online shop later for sold out items you wish to purchase.
Sizes/Colours
To the right of the illustrated article, the available sizes and colours are displayed. Their availability can therefore be seen at a glance. This information is updated several times an hour.
For technical reasons the choice of size menus show all sizes that were originally available. All sizes will thus be displayed, even if they are already sold out.
Size chart
Each product has a clickable size chart which provides an overview of the various sizes. Please note that the style of an individual garment may cause its fit to differ from the usual size.
